I bought one of these used for ~$500, and have been very happy with it:
Interestingly, it made a startling difference with video, but also seems to have reduced noise in my stereo system.

The Isotek is well made, good noise improvement in the two systems i use them in. I am a firm believer in running all the digital gear, wall warts, trash generators thru a separate more aggressive power conditioning unit like a Furman on a dedicated circuit. I am with @tomic601 on running all the digital and trash generators through the Furman. I prefer my power amps to direct into a dedicated medical grade 20A duplex. |
