Time out! If we are being or crediting someone for being brutally honest, then let’s call a spade, a spade! It is an aggressive sales pitch. That’s the honest truth. Doug Wilson at Wilson Audio and others have mastered this aggressive technique for decades. To me it’s no different than any car salesman. When they are trying to make you take steps forward, take a deep breath and take several steps back and examine the situation. At the end of the day you control your own narrative. If you give up that power, at the end of the day, you can only blame yourself. Do what you have to do to make a conscious decision like demoing the product and doing your own research.
