Whats on your turntable tonight?

For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"
Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue
Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO
slipknot1

That's his album I've seen mentioned most often for years . Thanks Spencer.

Hilary Hahn - Paris

  • Prokofiev - Concerto For Violin And Orchestra No. 1 In D Major Op. 19
  • Chausson - Poème Op. 25 For Violin And Orchestra
  • Rautavaara - Deux Sérénades

Puttin' on Jack White "Fear of the Dawn" again after implementing some of my newest cleaning regimen.

Listening to side one, though the surface noise has diminished dramatically, the lp sounds compressed to me . Have to turn volume to 3 for it to start really rockin'.
