Whats on your turntable tonight?

For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"
Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue
Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO
slipknot1

The gram rating is just the volume/weight of PVC in a particular pressing. I have super light pressings that sound great. Theoretically, the heavier record, having greater mass will self damp resonances produced as the stylus navigates the grooves. SQ has more to do with using original tapes by a great mastering engineer through high quality electronically and a great vinyl formulation with quality pressing machines and knowledgeable technicians to run them.

Jellyfish - "Bellybutton"

"listener edition - cut from the original analog tapes"

Good album, but the sound quality is not great. I’ve cleaned it 3 times. Noticed it was covered in something, and it now looks clean and plays quiet. But the sound quality is not as good as the CD or streaming versions IMHO. Wonder if I should try to return it?
