Continue to use the Benz. The Dynavector is a better sounding cartidge, but it's broken. Never use a cartridge with a bent cantilever.
Which of my cartridges is best for my setup?
I've got a SOTA Sapphire with a Premier FT-3 arm. I currently am using a Benz MC20E2 cartridge. But I have a Pickering XV-15 1200E and a Dynavector 10x4 laying around. Can someone give me some perspective on how these three cartridges stack up against each other in terms of cost and sonic quality? The Dynavector's stylus is noticeably bent a little to one side. Is it salvagable or should I just pitch it?
