Wireworld Chroma 8 Coaxial

I found some Wireworld Coaxial cables on special (over 50% off) and bought 6 of them to use as RCA/interconnects. I have read that you can use coaxial as RCA but not the other way around. Anyway, one of the cables was defective and a replacement is being sent.

In the meantime, I decided to cut the damaged one to see inside and the center part had only 2 very thin hairlike wires.  There are also 5 wires x 2 on the outside which I assume is for grounding.  Anyway, did I make a mistake in going with these cables because of them having just 2 thin wires? The sound is fine and sounds the same as my other basic cables.

I noticed the correct RCA versions of Wireworld Luna 8 show 5 of these thin wires along the center for signal.

Any thoughts?

Super fine conductors avoid skin effect and so usually sound better when isolated.
