marsh a400 vs. parasound 21a

Has anyone compared these two amps. Please be as detailed as possible. If you have any other amps that can best these in the 200-250 watt range please include your thoughts.

Owned the Marsh in between having the two Parasounds. I'd opt for the Parasound. Also the Marsh isn't as good at driving low impedances as the Parasound. The Marsh was a very good amp though but I like the Parasound better. The Marsh seemed to dry and analytical to me.
