Is EAD still relevant

I have an Ovation, and just curious about opinions on whether or not they are still considered a quality component and worthy of upgrade or just start new? I am looking at Marantz reference.

I did not think it was operational any longer? In fact, I had a service center- Boelen Electronics- that I heard was either non-operational or out of business? Again, enjoy the EAD products.
