Epos speakers and a monarchy sm-70?

hello,

Anyone used epos els-3s and a monarchy amp? I'm looking for cheap-ish bookshelf speakers, but I'm a tad worried about the epos' sensitivity and the monarchy low power output. Any thoughts or experienced opinions?

or, if no thoughts on this specific pair, more generally any ideas or thoughts on a speaker in the same price class as the above mentioned epos (used or new) that would mate well with the Monarchy SM-70 and a Forte 40 preamp?
