Magico Mini 2 Best preamp /amp/ phono /cable

JKalman's point as to the low sensitivity of the Mini is another reason to consider the V3. The V3 is an easier load to drive, but you may not have the space. If it happens to be a tube amp that puts a smile on your face and curls your toes, so be it. The same goes for SS IMO.

My room is 12 WIDE 19 3/4 LONG speakers are on the long wall.

mmmmhhhh ... strange, even my wife can hear the difference in blind hearing between for example the Cardas Quadlink, Shunyata Antares and NBS II ...

could your system be less sensitive to cables?

Yep, gotta agree with ya Clavil. Cables have a great effect on the sound. Maybe Jkalman has not gotten to a point where his system is resolving enough to hear a difference?
