Wharfedale diamond 9.2 comments wanted

I had a pair. Very nice, not fatiguing. I ran them off a Rega Brio 2000 with great effect. They didn't best the only pair of Dynaudio bookshelve's I've ever heard, but held their own with the B&W 603's I had. Great value for the money.

Now I'm wondering if the Evo's are better, I know there real wood,hum....

anyone know?

I am impressed with Wharfedales,better than the B&W 602 s3 I had at one third the price.

where'd you get yours for 200 bucks?

Ultimately,I sold the speakers,they sounded great on small Jazz ensembles and a long listening revealed an "all round"
deficiency.
Go for the Diamond 8.2 instead,they're
better.
