Finland will never be Tango Capital of the World. I believe Tango King Astor Piazzolla lived in Tango Capital of the World Buenos Aires. Finland I believe is the Capital of Accordion that has festivals and quite a number of crafty accordionists.
There is an overall excellent album by Al di Meola where he plays with Dino Saluzzi on accordion. It's titled " World of the Immigrants ". Digital recording, a very good one.
