Cincinnati, OH, any audiophiles?

Any Cincinnati, OH -based audiophiles on this forum? I have found only one truly high end dealer here, and they are leaning more and more towards high end home theater so they tend to be quite busye, and no longer set up truly "reference" systems one can listen to for calibration. Would love to get into touch with other fellow maniacs in the area Hard to know what else you "need" unless you can hear it and covet it in someone else's set up!

Hi Y'all in Cincy!

I'm just up the road and if a group meeting is held, I can offer to bring a few toys to demo.

Hello everyone, I've just moved in from Singapore. I'm here for the long haul, so I've had my gear converted from 230 to 110 and brought over.

The high-end AV scene is my background - as enthusiast and as livelihood.

In Singapore I dealt with a good number of brands, principally - Naim, Meridian, Magnepan, Wadia, Genesis, Roksan, Snell, Creek, WBT, Bag-End & FM Acoustics.

Its nice to know a high-end community exists here!

I'm available at: supercap69@hotmail.com

Cheers!

Welcome; you will miss the Adelphi. I was in Singapore last year and spent a few hours in that audio heaven. You won't find anything like it around here :)
Hi Htrookie,

Ah yes, the Adelphi. You sound like you enjoyed yourself there. A 5-storey mall with AV as the predominant business. Yes, I'd guessed there's nothing like it here. That's not necessarily a bad thing ;)

Call me "johnny-come-lately" but I have stumbled onto this thread and would like to be included in any get-togethers. And depending on the number of enthusiasts, I would be willing to host tunes at my place. Maximum occupancy is limited of coarse, I'm sure we are all aware of that. I live 20 minutes south-east of Cinci. and welcome locals for "home cooked" food and fine music.
