Whats playing on your system today?

Today I decided to listen to two of my favorite rock guitar heros and one great vocalist. Guitarist' Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose and vocalist Davey Pattison.

I listened to Trower songs:
Bridge of sighs, Stitch in time, The fool and me, my personal favorite- Too rolling stoned and others.....

Then I pulled out "Gamma". 
I listened to: Razor King, Wish I was and Skin and bone and others.....

Davey Pattison hooked has also up with Michael Shenker also. I really enjoyed my day so far. Anybody else heard anything good?

Just listening to some Roy Buchanan. In my opinion one of the greatest and most underrated guitarists of all time! Check out the guitar work on "Petes blues" and Neil Young's Down by the River". From the album " Sweet Dreams - The Anthology

Zappa was a gunies!

And to think, The Rolling Stones asked Roy Buchanan to be in their band and he declined. Buchanan is one of my faves. 

Dont hate me but Prince did a pretty mean cover of a Beatles song.

Hughes/Thrall, S/T entire CD. (MTV had a video from this albumn) Hughes was also in a band called Trapeze. If your interested, a link to YouTube for a compiation of Glenn Hughes' finest, vocal abilities. Its about 16 min.
