Burn in cd or cable cooker

I have the Purist burn in Cd- if I use that is it the same as using a cable cooker to burn in the wires- thks

The amount of voltage from your CDP, preamp, amp is much lower than a cable cooker. A cable cooker can generate a continuous high-current thru the cables. But many music CDs are also good for burn-in when you let them play on a continuous loop.
