Whats playing on your system today?

Today I decided to listen to two of my favorite rock guitar heros and one great vocalist. Guitarist' Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose and vocalist Davey Pattison.

I listened to Trower songs:
Bridge of sighs, Stitch in time, The fool and me, my personal favorite- Too rolling stoned and others.....

Then I pulled out "Gamma".
I listened to: Razor King, Wish I was and Skin and bone and others.....

Davey Pattison hooked has also up with Michael Shenker also. I really enjoyed my day so far. Anybody else heard anything good?

Listened to the band TKO, "Let it roll".
My copy was recorded from LP to CD so I got to enjoy all of the pops and cracks from my youth. I like the vocalist on this one. He reminds me of Roger Daltrey.

On to Mother Love Bone, "Apple".
Seattle band who's lead singers death inspired Pearl Jam and Soundgarden to form Temple of the dog.

This morning I dusted off my copy of self titled Screamin' Cheetah Wheelies.
Their first albumn is solid and recorded very well. Great guitar and voclas on this one. Southern rock flavor on this effort. Here is a link side one, track one but the entire disc is good.

Dixie Dregs, Freefall. I was lucky enough to see the Dregs with Steve Morse at the Madison Theater in 2005. arcam88 and I attended the show together.

Bulletboys, Freakshow. 80's Rock hair band. Memorable cuts are "Hang on St. Christopher", "THC groove" and "Talk to your  daughter". (3 stars on this dics) I would describe The Bulletboys in these terms. If Van Halen all had sons and they grew up and formed a band,,,, it would be The Bulletboys.

Days of the New, self titled 1997 CD. Four piece rock band. No electric lead guitars, are used except for the bass, all accoustic. Sample link below if your not familiar.
