Has anyone tried these stunning new CPT power cord?

Considering the many, many brands of power cords I've tried in my very well accomplished high-end system, I have never been so impacted by these Core Power Technology power cords. Within a very short period(15-20) minutes my system literally came alive. Soundstage opened wider and deeper. The background became dead silent, space between instruments and stage members were more focused and everything sounded cleaner and musical than ever. My highs had a glorious crispness and symbols shimmered. Midrange through my 2" horn became more dynamic and punchy. My 15" bass driver tightened and dug low with great control. My Rel G1 which is a fabulous sub on its own but with a CPT 150 on it is another story. Running high pass from my sub to my Audiozen Noah amplifier, music depth is just stunning. Lower end bass is authoritative and clean with solid grip and impact.
My experience with these power cords is truly magical. The scary part of the above is I only have one 150 on my sub and one 300 from my wall to my 6 outlet bar. I still need 3 more to complete my system. I could just imagine the level after that...In closing, I cannot emphasize enough to try one of these in your system. I CANNOT and WIIL NOT take these out as they are that good. But hold your jaw, cuz what you've been listening to will just become real after Core Power Technologies.

Cheers....and let the tapping begin.......

@devilboy , nice to hear the CPT 150 cord is doing well in your system.....what did you place it on and which other components do you run?
@bacardi, for the time being, the 150 is currently on a Job INTegrated (i also plan to put a 300 on my plasma). I have on order, a Decware Zen Torri Jr. from Steve Deckert. My 150 will power that amp when it arrives.......in 3 months. Ugghh.

I’ll probably get one for my DAC as well. So far the 150 has a lower noise floor than the HiDiamond P3 it replaced. Same is true for the Synergistic Research Element Tungsten before that which was on my Job 225 amp. Because of the black backgrounds, the CPT 150 has more decay and extension than the other cords.
Everything sounds more pronounced, cleaner and CLEARER. I can hear "deeper" into recordings. On full scale classical, there is less congestion. Meaning on complex orchestral passages, it doesn’t sound like one big unfocused mess. It’s more coherant, like you focused a lens on a camera.
Not even close to the 100 hour mark yet either.
I am a happy boy.
Devilboy,

Very nice job of describing the improvements you heard with the CPT 150. I agree 100%.

I received my CPT 300 and had it on my cable burner for 300 hours before I inserted it into my system.
I had it on my Plinius SA Reference amp and it sounded good, but no improvement over my CT GE high current power cord.

I moved the CPT 300 into my secondary system and put it on my Allnic T-1500 Integrated 300B amp...WOW!!! I would describe the music exactly the same way you did Devilboy, it's as if we were listening to the same music in the same room.

Lastly, I attached the CPT 300 to a power strip in my secondary system and powered my Transport, Dac, and FM tuner and BOOM!...same great results.

I'm very happy with the improvements.

The only way I was able to better the CPT 300 on the power strip in my main system, was by using my HF CT-1 Ultimate Reference Helix power cable on the power strip (HF MC-6 power distributor), which did sound a tad better.
Do the math ;-)!

Hey Mark of Core; aren't these balanced transformers in-line in the power cords? Are you implementing this topology differently than the others before you and that is why the initial customers are getting good results? I'm curious if users here have never tried balanced transformers and they are now experiencing that versus whether you are implementing it differently and "better". Not an easy question to address, I know.

Units look very sexy btw. Nice craftsmanship.

Nice improvements Devilboy,

@Lak, that is a pretty pricey "TAD" improvement at $13,000. I do think Core Power Technologies should be proud of contending with something at 13x the price if even better sounding in other systems. Other experiences may differ too as all system are different but I don't think most would settle for the $12,000 difference.
