upgradeing system have bose acoustimass15 speaker

thinking of buying Marantz nr1602 slimline home theater system and OPPO BDP93 blue-ray disc I have spent a lot of money on a marantz system that is outdated (no HDMI) so was thinking this would be a good simple system for 1200 dallars. that i think has everything needed to be a great system with all the latest new technology nad will go well with the bose acoustimass 15 surround speaker system .please let me know if you think its a good system or could i do better David
