Technics Sp-10 platter screws

Yes, I am the op and agree that the ones Peter is sending me are likely not the original variety but should work fine. If anyone also knows a source for the original screws I would appreciate it just for backup.

Paul, I may have seen a source for them in England but I don't remember beyond that.  You might also post an inquiry on the Vinyl Engine Technics site.  Several folks there are outside the US and many seem to be knowledgeable.

Looks as OEM as a fastener could be, that said its hard to imagine 
they would be specially produced for those tables.

But hey those were the day's.

What diameter is the bushing? I need the screws (although the table sounds fine without them,) but don't particularly want to pay the £49 the chap in England is charging.

A little "googling" taught me the original platter screws are "pan head shoulder screws." There seem to be several sources in England, or one could have them custom made in China if you needed several thousand or so. If someone with the original screws would be so kind to measure them with calipers, perhaps we could find a good match here:
