Cerwin Vega CLSC-12S subwoofer

I have the above subwoofer and would like to sell it.  I have nothing to compare it to since there it is not currently listed on Ebay, Craigslist or anywhere that I can find in Google searches.  It's in excellent used condition.  It is incredibly powerful.  I currently have it listed at $300.  Is that a fair price?  Thanks!

Why would anyone pay $300 for a used subwoofer that sold for $212 list price new? $50-$100 would be more realistic!
