Personal speaker evolution

OK, so here is a thread I haven't ever seen here: What speakers have you owned? starting with the earliest, price paid, new/used, and perhaps the models that really impressed you (for the price) in CAPS.

Rat Shack Something or others, $120, new
Fisher Something or others, $280, new
ADS L710's, $550, new
Snell A2i's, $1100, used
BEVERIDGE SYSTEM 3'S, $1000, used
Martin Logan CLS, $1400, used
MARTIN LOGAN SL3'S, $2300, used

Bose 201s - late 1980's (terrible build and sound)

Klipsch KG3 - 1990 (not the greatest paired with a mid-range Onkyo AV receiver) Gave these to my friend who is an indie rocker who loves vinyl. He runs them off a vintage Marantz receiver. They never sounded so good.

Wharfedale Evo 30 - Last week.

I also have a 5.1 system from The Speaker Company that sounds great considering it only cost me $330.
Well I've been putting this off long enough:
Maggie MMG
Pinnacle Gold
JM Labs Cobalt
Maggie 1.6
Montana SPX
Inffinity 2.6
Quad 988
Tyler Ref 3
JM Labs 1007
Montana EPS2

wow.....
Let's see if my memory fails me here or not: for fun I listed each speaker with a 0 to 10 scale, with 10 providing the highest "enjoyment" factor along with top strength. Also time frame owned.

Mirage 360 = 7 balanced and smooth, 5 years
Mirage i90 = 8.5 overachievers, 16 years, still have them
Legacy Classic = 7.5 nice loud, 5 years
Dynaudio Audience 50 = 8.5 rockers, very capable, 7 years
Dynaudio Contour 1.8 Mk II = 9.5 accurate timber, 3 years
Paradigm reference 100 Mk III = 7 nice mids, 4 months
Vienna Acoustics Mahler = 9 scary macro dynamics, 2 years
Monitor Audio RS 6 = 8 punchy, 6 months
Klipsch RF7 = 6 scary loud, 3 months
Stone Image Audio Rothchild A2 = 9.5 amazing micro dynamics

ProAc Response 2.5 = 9 lifelike, currently for sale no room.

Moved in 06 and now have a difficult square room which may explain the shorter ownership period these last few years trying to find the right balance.
My 1st speakers were Klipsch KG 4's. I bought them in 1985 in MD at a little shop. I was thinking about a pr of Allisons.

Boston Acoustics VR 30's (1994)
Martin Logan Aerius i's
Aerial Acoustic 7B's (still have them)
McIntosh LS 360's
Montana XPS
EGGLESTON WORKS ANDRA III'S WOW!
