Blue Fuse for Primare Pre32

I have a Primare Pre32 preamp and wouId like to replace its fuse with a Synergistic Research Blue Fuse. The fuse currently in use is a T2AL250V. Question: Do I replace the original fuse with the SR Blue Fuse size 5mm x 20mm Slo-Blow 250mA 2A? If not then which one? Please advise and thank you.

They also state that the fuse is directional. So try it both ways. I know it sounds strange but just before I put the original back in I reversed mine and it sounded like the stock fuse. I will wait a while before upgrading to the blue as I just upgraded one of my power cords and looking to also upgrade my speaker cables.

Good luck

Which brings up an interesting point. Much of the improvement of aftermarket fuses can be attributed directly to their directionality, which is due to the directionality of the wire itself. All fuses are directional, whether they're stated to be or not. So, if you reverse your stock fuse you just might find the sound gets better. What are the odds?
