I own the next step down Rega pair Elicit-R / Saturn-R and I love them. I find them to be good value at their MSRP and a steal at their used prices. The Osiris/Isis combo is just a bit above your budget new MSRP, but perhaps a dealer would discount to your budget if you bought both at the same time. Used, it is well within your budget.
