Low level buzzing coming from tweeters.

I now have a low level buzzing coming out of my tweeters even when i am in mute. It happens even with the amp on and preamp off never had this before.Any suggestions would be great.Thanks in advance.

I also have a LuTron dimmer in my room and whenever the lights are on I get a little buzz as well.

No luck. I also have a Lutron 4-zone dimmer, but no change with the lights on or off. Very frustrating, as you can imagine.
