Thiel Owners

Guys-

I just scored a sweet pair of CS 2.4SE loudspeakers. Anyone else currently or previously owned this model?
Owners of the CS 2.4 or CS 2.7 are free to chime in as well. Thiel are excellent w/ both tubed or solid-state gear!

thieliste, A 40 Watt per channel amp? Without a sub 8 Ohm spec?

Yes 40 watts in pure class A and i think it doubles down into 4 Ohm.
oblgny thanks for sharing your experience, Modwright is for sure to consider paired with Thiel.

Because Thiel speakers present a sub-4ohm across most of their spectrum, dropping to 3-ish over extended ranges, the behavior of the amp from 4 to 2 ohms tells more than 8 to 4 does.
