Vandersteen VLR Wood ..any love for these?

I've been very intrigued about these speakers. What electronics are you using to drive them? The specs seem to suggest they need good bit of power to come alive.

Four inches from side and rear walls. Just amazing, expansive, honest sound. Adding a Bryston BDP-pi to replace Airport Express into my Hegel DAC. Highly recommended!
