@reubent

What do you think? I loved it! I own most of her stuff. This latest was by far, her best, IMO. If you don't own her other stuff, it may be hard to make any judgement.
@slaw - I really like it. It's her first LP that I've bought. I have always been vaguely familiar with her work, especially the more popular stuff. I was surprised at the diversity of styles of songs on the record. If you squint your ears just a bit, the first song sounds quite a bit like an EmmyLou Harris song IMHO.

Enjoy.....
@reubent,

If you haven't heard it yet?....you should check out her Live lp..if only for The Twins interpretation of "Sounds of Silence"  Very Nice!

Next is "Eat A Peach" freshly cleaned...just as a peach should be.

Then..."Machina" Smashing Pumpkins. I believe this was the lp right after Siamese or Mellon Collie? This will be my first time listening since I bought it...... although I’ve owned it since it’s inception. Memories?????

The Pumpkins were my favorite band of the 90’s. Saw them right after D’arcy was replaced by the bassist from Hole. They did a great cover of VanHalen’s "Everybody Wants Some". Jimmy Chamberlin had two drum kits.
