Stillpoints - snake oil?

Anybody here using Stillpoints Ultras? My dealer thinks highly of them, but I am very suspicious.

Until I found the Stillpoints, I purchased four pillows. Mine our Homedics, Inc. brand from Keego Harbor, MI (so it says on the pillow). https://www.overstock.com/Bedding-Bath/Homedics-Buckwheat-Pillow/6602/product.html out of stock. I'm sure there are others which could function similarly such as https://pillowpicker.com/best-buckwheat-pillows/ with multiple sizes and densities. Or phone/write Tom Port for his recommendations.
