Whats playing on your system today?

Today I decided to listen to two of my favorite rock guitar heros and one great vocalist. Guitarist' Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose and vocalist Davey Pattison.

I listened to Trower songs:
Bridge of sighs, Stitch in time, The fool and me, my personal favorite- Too rolling stoned and others.....

Then I pulled out "Gamma". 
I listened to: Razor King, Wish I was and Skin and bone and others.....

Davey Pattison hooked has also up with Michael Shenker also. I really enjoyed my day so far. Anybody else heard anything good?

I feel the older Dream Theater music is best. It has a more organic working mans feel to it.

You were on to something with Tina Turner earlier. I spun Simply The Best- CD earlier. Tina's vocals on the Totem Forest Signatures, wow!

Exactly!

Both those D.T. Albums are early nineties, very accessible.

Some of the later stuff is a bit esoteric to say the least.

Same with IQ, I still think their first self titled album was the best and it gets played often here.

Agreed-  the CD is excellent in sound quality. The SACD version is outstanding in sound quality.  Happy Listening!
