Their sole, solitary, and final judgement shall assess, decide, and determine whether such allegations have truth, merit, or validity and will then establish the appropriate official response based upon they’re investigation, review, and inquiry.

Oddfyi you cant have it both ways we announce we are dealers because we are told we have to let people know our affiliations.

Others dealers such as Audio Connection also say they are dealers in their retorts you dont have an issue with them now do you?

When we list our products in posts you think free advertising we list those brands to prove a point.

If you are interested in computer servers whoose advice would you take the guy who sells one or two brands or the guy who sells five?

It is up to the poster or reader if they want to reach out to us or not.

The reality is only a few people have ever purchased from us while our posts have helped many.

Audiocircle does the same thing as Audiogon. The forum is mainly to support and sell gear. Audiocircle helps manufacturers and Audiogon helps dealers. You can get good advice if you look PAST these guys. In fact, because of what they say in these forums is why I would NOT buy from them. Not to mention the arrogant attitude they always have about what is best and what is not.

This is predominately an accurate observation, summation, and characterization of this group it is part of a business that has overhead, expenses, and obligations and so profit must be made from the group in some method and there is nothing at all improper, misguided, or objectionable about dealers offering information, advice, or consultation it is not a violation of this group's Terms of Service even though there are some naive contributors hear who believe they have the right, authority, and influence to prevent, restrict, or limit comments made by others hear and we should not yield to, respect, or abide those who seek to silence, shame, or threaten legitimate, registered, and authenticated users of this group.
