Take the tweeter out of the bad speaker and just touch the speaker cables directly to the tweeter with music playing very low volume and see if you hear anything.
The other way is to take the bad tweeter out of one speaker and swap it with the good tweeter most companies do not solder the drivers and use push clips if not you will have to unsolder it and do the test.
Most of the time you will have a blown tweeter. Call Madisound with the tweeter out give them the model number and resolder in the new tweeter.
If you can't solder then you may have to send the speakes to Totem.
