What are some of the most underrated and overrated loudspeakers you’ve auditioned?

Most overrated:

Focal sopra No3. 

Most underrated:

SCANSONIC MB 3.5B, followed  closely by
PMC TwentyFive 26. 

Most brilliant (though neither under nor overrated in my estimation) is the Raidho D2.1. 

Underrated : Linn Nexus LS250 - Dahlquist DQM-7C - Design Acoustics PS-6

Overrated : Klipsch RP-600M - Wharfedale Diamond Series - B&W - Golden Ear - Revel

Overrated:  Paradigm (all), Devore (all), KEF, Golden Ear

Underrated: Revel, B&W, DynAudio

Overrated: whatever didn’t fit my ears and/or my room.

Underrated: whatever worked for my ears and my room.

Missing link: amplifier used 

Klipsch Cornwalls are the best in the line for efficiency and accuracy in my opinion.  I play almost only vinyl and have a very high end turntable and nice amp.  I owned a pair of Klipschorns(top of the line) as well and as far as accuracy and depth of stage I believe the Cornwalls are superior.  I don't know about the new ones but my pair are from the early '80s.
