Hello: I can Help you: There are 2 fuses. You cannot see the 2nd fuse because its hidden under 1 of the boards: If there is no power at all, it is most likely that fuse. I had the same 1 blow a few years ago. The bad news is that you have to remove a couple of boards to get access to the second fuse and its a little tricky. I would replace both and you should be good to go. My avp is 20 years and still going.
Proceed AVP just stopped working-fuse is fine-PLEASE HELP!
I just picked up the preamp and absolutely love it! But last night I turned it on and I thought I saw the display light up for a split second(?) and no power! I removed the cover and found a small glass fuse on the left rear of the unit and checked win my ohm meter and itโs fine. I want to cry! Any ideas out there folks? I know they are out of business now and just hoping any one has come across my situation. Thanks in advance everyone! Dave
