Pass Labs or Devialet

Having thoughts on two integrated amps.  Devialet 220 or a Pass Labs INT-250.

At the moment the speakers  are the Pioneer S-ex1’s with a pair of Rels G1’s subs.

Using PSAudio Direct Stream with Roon and OPPO 205 for discs.

My other smaller room is a separate system the Kii threes, but that is another topic.

Any thoughts?

I decided to buy both an added a pair of Tads CR-1’s.
Easy as *** to drive these 88db Tads and mostly 4ohm.
Just one grey area at 30-40hz where there is a combination of 4ohms and 48 degrees of -phase angle, which combined will look to the amp as around <2ohms.
But were talking low organ/double bass/electric synthesizer lows here, and this is where the Pass will probably shine through better, but even better still for that area a Gryphon Diablo 300 or 120 integrated.

I can’t comment on the Devialet. But I can tell you that Pass Labs units are well built and elegant. Plus if you have a problem they will take care of you. I have no experience with Devialet.
Sandydennis11,
You would think with all the homeless heroin addicts you would have lots of choices to cuddle with and keep warm!  No nearby forrest fires, either?
OK, seriously you might consider the Rogue Cronus Magnum, I think they’re up to their third version, but if phono is not a consideration the 2 version would be great.  Outstanding reviews for all versions, easy on the wallet, too.
Pass Labs of course. Big difference in sound. Pass in more “natural” , devialet is to “clinical”. You can buy both, but after a while, youg gonna sell the Devialet on 2-hands one eBay. I’m sure of it.
