Stand-mount speaker/monitor recommendation

I have been following your other thread as I am curious what folks recommend. The Omega you are looking at seems like an awesome speaker with a lower powered amp but I haven’t heard it. I import a line of higher end tube amps with the bulk of the line in the sub 20w range which is why I am interested.  

Maybe take a look at Focal? They are a bit more efficient but I know will struggle to deliver the aesthetic that you like. The Kanta and Sopra No 1s might work....

My speakers are quite natural sounding and are extremely tube friendly like Devore’s but are far too inefficient to work with your amp. My most efficient speaker is 85dB and is brilliant with an 845 but I run a 45w push pull 845 rather than a SET. I specifically tested with an 18w SET and found it lacking.

It’s possible the Joseph Audio Prism could work.  They don’t specify sensitivity, but minimum impedance is stated to be 7Ohms. 

I have a pair of Omega Super Alnico Monitors paired with an Aric Audio 18wpc SE KT88 amplifier and I think they sound fantastic. They don't go very low in bass but the bass that they deliver is clean and extremely tuneful and textured for the type of music I listen. Another option I had considered was Tekton Design Impact Monitors which should also sound great with low-mid power tube amps like your LM 518. They are probably closer to full-range but I'm doubtful if they can deliver the "soul" that the Omega speakers deliver.
