Cincinnati, OH, any audiophiles?

Any Cincinnati, OH -based audiophiles on this forum? I have found only one truly high end dealer here, and they are leaning more and more towards high end home theater so they tend to be quite busye, and no longer set up truly "reference" systems one can listen to for calibration. Would love to get into touch with other fellow maniacs in the area Hard to know what else you "need" unless you can hear it and covet it in someone else's set up!

Hey @nutty

I know you're still here! I see you on the music threads all the time ;~)

I was in Audible Elegance a couple of weeks ago. Talked with Mark and Brian about Bluesound Node 2i and Roon. One of these days I'm actually going to get a music server, rip all of my CDs and get Tidal. One of these days.........

I have not been to the Hanson Audio Store in Cincinnati, but I have been to their store up in Dayton. One of these days I'll check out the local store.  But I'm not much of an equipment consumer anymore. I just happily listen to music on the modest system I have now, which hasn't changed in a couple of years.

I do frequent Plaid Room Records on a regular basis. Great guys who have built a really nice business in a short amount of time.
Hello Cincinnati! Anyone still out there?

Question: Does anyone local have a record flattener/warp remover? I have a couple of albums that need a little help. Was hoping someone local could assist.
Hey Cincy!

Anyone know a speaker cabinet builder? I'm thinking of building new, heavier, more rigid cabinets for my Infinity RS1.5s. Would mirror image the cabinets too. Know anyone who can build some quality boxes for me?

Thanks, and Happy New Year!

Tom
Hey @reubent

Don't know if this would help any but are you familiar with Parts Express? They have speaker building forums among others. Maybe someone there knows someone who would meet your needs?
@slaw  - Thanks. I didn't think to check with the good folks on the Parts Express Speaker Builders Forum. An obviously good source that I overlooked. Thanks! I'm toying with the idea of modernizing my Infinity RS1.5s. Overall, I like the sound, but they can be a bit sloppy on the bottom end. Was thinking a modern, dense, heavily braced cabinet, and mirror imaged, might get me everything I like about them, plus a more solid bottom end. 80's speaker cabinets were not nearly as solid as modern cabinets.....
