Prof's comment above got me thinking about another "wings" related quote from "It's a Wonderful Life." Clarence's note to George in the final scene in the movie went something like this:

Dear George:
Remember no man is a failure who has friends and expensive speaker cables.

I ran Neutral Reference when I had the CS1.6. Now using Golden Reference. All purchased used - those things are $$$

My AX-5 is “J” production series. To my knowledge, any later production has no sonic improvements.
