ELIZABETH GEYER

I had a job handing out newspapers at train stations to commuters at rush hours. The worst part was standing in one spot for four hours.. but the job was not as bad as it sounds. On a bad day it was soul destroying but on a good day it was meditative, thousands of faces, begging for a song. Central Station written by Elizabeth Geyer

RADIO FRANCE CHOIR

"O fortuna", Carmina Burana by Carl Orff by the Radio France Choir.

Of all the chorus with you... The Radio France Choir sends you a message of hope and sympathy.
Like many private artists from the stage and the public, the musicians of the Choeur de Radio France have wished to unite their voices in a message of hope for all those who are on the front line in the midst of the health crisis that is affecting France and the whole world.

As a message of hope and a promise of better days, in these times of misfortune and unrest, the musicians of the Radio France Choir have chosen to perform "O fortuna" from Carl Orff's Carmina Burana from their respective confinement.

This video, in collaboration with the video department of Radio France and broadcasted by France Musique, features singers from the Choir, which counts among its ranks artists from all over the world and representing nearly 18 different nationalities.

Looking forward to seeing you again ... of any choir with you!
