Wow an old album that rocked your world

I know this is a Hifi forum but isn’t it about the music as well. Has anyone recently played a
Vinyl, disc or whatever you are into. One that you forgot was so good and totally was blown away by the music and the recording? If so share it with us. Mine was Mahavishnu orchestra Birds of Fire. Have not listened to that for some time. Wow. FORGOT HOW GOOD THAT WAS. 
This is what Hifi is all about IMO.

Trout Mask Replica. It was a result of the convergence of several extraordinary factors which flashed like a lighting bolt in a split second in time that can never be replicated. There never was and will never be anything remotely like it.

Pure unadulterated genius.

@roxy54 ~ Agree both are indeed "timeless" and have left a deep musical impression. Still have both albums from '67 and the MFSL 45rpm mono. Been hoping MFSL would release the Dead album, but so far no luck.
