Whats on your turntable tonight?

For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"
Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue
Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO
slipknot1
John Moreland "In The Throes"

Looking at my cleaning notes, last time this lp was cleaned...was with my pre-steam, then the Audio Desk, 3 years ago. It just doesn’t look nearly as clean as the results I’m getting now. I was using distilled water with AD additive. Not cheap.

If you’ve gone to the "Thumbs up for ultrasonic cleaning " thread, you can follow my ongoing history with US cleaning. After 4 years with the Audio Desk, I had improved results with my first try with the Chinese cleaner/distilled water, no additive.
$3k vs. $250.00 (including filtering/pump. Wow!

The AD cleaner is a great convenience product.

I sure don't won't to come off as the know-it-all of record cleaning but I have put in the time and expense while documenting it all here.
Slaw.
mine-is the US version.

Tightly Unwound ..... The Pineapple Thief.

2x lp remastered.
Really nice sq.
A line from the John Moreland Lp..." I wanna find my faith from records long ago" Wow!
@slaw  @uberwaltz  - I had the US version of "Going for the One". I bought it back when it was released and I always liked the music. However, I never thought the SQ was that good. Kind of a jumbled mess for sound. Was reading a review and someone said the Japanese pressing was the best, so I plopped down $50 for a "M" Japanese pressing. Admittedly, it is a little better that the US version, but it still is not great SQ IMHO. I still love the music. Actually "Parallels" is one of my absolute all-time favorite songs from YES.
David Allen Coe "Rides Again". Fresh from a US cleaning. First listen in 3 decades.
