Just mounted my Ortofon 2M mono cart on my heavily modded Rega Planar 2 and even with a quick eyeball setup tracking at 1.825g it sounds heavenly on The Freewheeling Bob Dylan from my mono box set. very very happy with this mono setup.
Well I had such a positive revelation with the Hydra 8, that when I spotted a V-Ray, I had to pounce. It’s driving my amp, subs and my 4. Put my Anaconda on the V-Ray. Another very positive upgrade.
