Desirable? No, doesn’t look like it. Even in mint condition those are selling between $5-$10 for a 3 recorded set. Not rated highly either. But, that’s subjective, but could be it was a poor recording or pressing as much as anything else.

I’m not a huge opera fan, have some, and enjoy it....at times, but not something I have heard or have in my collection.

The problem with collections like that is that they are individual performances, and not the whole/complete opera. Most, as I, prefer the whole symphony, or opera, composition, etc.

highly rated though. That is a set I know would interest me.
