Mine is Annie Lennox "Nostalgia". Not only is she one of the greatest female voices ever, she knows how to make a song her own.

Rosanne's Pa recorded a lot of Dylan, but not enough to fill an album, I don't believe. He was the first major artist to express his admiration for Bob and his songs. Takes one to know one. ;-)

That alone makes it one of the best, if not THE best, for "covers". My two cents on the matter. And for those thinking of album cover art, definitely Yes albums and anything from Roger Dean. Although S. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band is certainly a stand-out classic of album art unto itself.
