Metrum Acoustics closed?

I just saw on Metrum Acoustics website they closed shop. Anyone have any news about that? I tried a search.

I have to say I am very happy with the SQ from my Onyx, it handily beat out a MHDT Orchid in my system. But you know its all about system synergy. As always YMMV.....
