Sean Connery has passed away :-(

I know this isn't audio related, but James Bond has passed away.

R.I.P. Sean...loved your character!

"Darby O’Gill and the Little People"

That was one of my kids favorite movies growing up.  We were just talking about that last night.  With Halloween, The Banshee came up from that flick...
Apologies to any Roger Moore fans out there but Connery’s the only James Bond I can rewatch time and time again.

Weird also that the main representatives of masculinity I grew up with - John Wayne, Steve McQueen, Bruce Lee, Muhammad Ali, Sean Connery have all departed with no obvious replacements taking their place.

A lot of today’s representatives just seem like cardboard cutouts. Sorry Messrs Stallone, Diesel, Willis, Statham etc.

Just Clint Eastwood left.

Sure is a different world now.
Gary Cooper, Humphry Bogart, James Cagney, Audrey Murphy, Anthony Quinn, Kirk Douglas, Burt Lancaster, Yul Brynner, Mickey Rooney, Gregory Peck, Charlton Heston, Robert Mitchum, Cary Grant, David Niven, Jimmy Stewart, Orson Wells, the list goes on and on and on.

OH I for got Tiny Tim.. He was a heart throb....

Now for the ladies..... Where shall we start...

I have to say this The best actor that played a character and did the best job EVER was Val Kilmer as Doc Holliday. "I'll be your huckleberry", best job ever....
