MQA streaming

HI ,I have a Cambridge  audio azur 851n streamer ,with tidal masters MQA I had it connected to my Mac desktop via USB auido and got 24/96 bit ,now the mac is in another room so i now use my IPad or 7plus phone ,but only can get 16/44 bit .How do i get the 24/96 bit again, this is really confusing to me (old guy) if any one can explain how to do this it would be much appreciated.the IPAD is a Air 2, Thanks ,Lloyd
