Fuse replacement with non stock in preamp External Power Supply??

Have been reading a lot of threads about fuse replacement. Not wishing to start a debate - just have a question.

I am not asking if this really works or not. Maybe will, or maybe will not in my system. I am open to at least seeing what happens.

My question is about my VAC Standard LE external power supply fuse.

Is replacing that similar to when one replaces the main AC fuse in another component?
It looks to be a a 6X32mm 4 Amp 250V fuse SLOW BLOW.

Anyway- is that a fuse to consider swapping out?
Thank you for you for input.

Hey- last question for now. What about in a DAC?
Do you guys do those too???
I have a modded OPPO Sonica Dac. It uses a 3.15 Amp 5x20 fuse in the main AC input area.
Not sure how to get that fuse out though. It has a little plastic cover or top over the fuse popping out over the circuit board. LOL.Would hate to screw something up. Not sure if it pops out or screws out....Its kind of hard to get to.

I did check with Ric at EVS on the SONNCA DAC as he modded the unti I have..Going to leave that alone.
Waiting on some Furutetch fuses for the Kismet monoblocks and the VAC external power supply.
