I agree with you @mammothguy and @slaw - records are a priority.  I have been buying on average more like 2 records a day though.   Trying to make up for lost time I guess...  at $5-25 it was one thing but after just a couple of years it’s $25-125.  So, things will probably change.  I don’t want to whine about it.  I think it’s a great time to live in if you like recorded music.  Funny, I had been thinking lately about priorities in the same way.  What used to be the restaurant money now goes toward hot platters.   

This is a great time for lp lovers!

I focus more on new music I like on vinyl as it will probably never be available again for the most part. The classic stuff will always be there, although at an ever increasing cost.

Get this guy's, I bought a scooter years ago during the $4.00 + gas hike so I could afford my music/stereo addiction.

It paid for itself in 4 years
