For me its the first or very early LP's of: Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South" Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer" and, Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO
@spiritofradio we saw Massive Attack's 20th anniversary of Mezzanine tour a couple years back...one of the best shows I've seen in the last several years!
The Floyd, Tull, Rush, and other influences are apparent but they wear them well. Great sound production on this record although/even though it is in in no way a live sounding production nor does it have an “in the room” quality that is sometimes important to close listeners. But it’s still very cool sound.
