+1 Played my 1983 Virgin West German CDV2185 uncompressed version last night, your right, an amazingly recorded album for being so old.

Goes to show, the saying "perfect sound forever" for CD 20 years ago, was a true statement, just back then no replay equipment could get that perfection out of them, till just in the last few years.
